Eye masks for pain relief are not eligible for reimbursement with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

If this is an over-the-counter (OTC) eye treatment medication, it would be fully eligible with an FSA, HSA, HRA or LPFSA.

However, if a face wash contains medicated ingredients that are used to treat a medical condition such as acne, it would be considered eligible.
