Investigational surgery is an eligible medical expense with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) and a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Invisalign orthodontics reimbursement is eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) or a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA). Invisalign orthodontics reimbursement is not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

Iron supplements are eligible with a Letter of Medical Necessity for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Iron supplements are not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) or a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA).

Isopropyl alcohol is eligible for reimbursement with flexible spending accounts (FSA), health savings accounts (HSA), and health reimbursement accounts (HRA). Isopropyl alcohol is not eligible for reimbursement with dependent care flexible spending accounts and limited-purpose flexible spending accounts (LPFSA).

IV equipment and stands reimbursement is eligible with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) and a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Kenalog injections are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement arrangement (HRA), limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).

Ketone test strips are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Ketone test strips are not eligible with a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA) or a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA).

Kids training pants require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Kids training pants are not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA). However, overnight training pants for juvenile incontinence would be considered eligible.

Kinesiology is eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA) or a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Kinesiology reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account (DCFSA).
